ELDERFLOWER
L’AUDACIEUX is the very first gin from the DISTILLERIE d'HAUTEFEUILLE. Slowly infused in a selection of botanicals, it reveals the amazing taste of local elderflower. Distilled in small batches in our Stupfler® still, this dry gin is 100% hand crafted. A unique spirit inspired by the land here in Picardy. The juniper berries for example flourish and take on their particular taste from the local chalky south facing slopes.
Enjoy L’AUDACIEUX dry gin both in cocktails and with tonic water with lime peel. Ingredients : water, wheat alcohol, juniper berries, elderflowers, coriander, rose hip, costmary, iris root.

SEA BUCKTHORN & yuzu
Sweet and flavoursome, L’EXPLORATEUR draws its rich aroma from the wild flowers of the Baie de Somme, especially from sea buckthorn. The only exotic touch, the Japanese yuzu peel, brings a delicate citrus note. Distilled in small batches in our Stupfler® still, this dry gin is 100% hand crafted.
